The successful Business Development Manager will drive growth across the business in all form of paint provision, including designer, decorative and industrial.
The role will involve :
- Engagement with customers, driving sales generation plans to ensure we are the first choice for painting and decorating supplies with our existing customers.
- Provide a tailored solution to each branch's 'Top' customers.
- Create a clean plan to develop the 15 growth potential customers as identified by each branch - working closely with the branch manager.
- Ensure opportunities are identified, followed up and secured.
To be successful in this role of Business Development Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of :
- Ideally you will have experience of working within the painting and decorative industry but if you are used to developing trade and retail customers, this would be an advantage.
- This role would suit a sales focused individual who can operate with a large degree of autonomy working in a multi-site environment.
