Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons to students.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and engagement.
- Assess and evaluate student work, providing constructive feedback to support their progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
- Support students' personal and social development, nurturing their confidence and self-esteem.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Computer Science education and incorporate relevant advancements into teaching practices.
- Establish and maintain strong communication and relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, etc.).
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Computer Science curriculum.
- Experience in delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the school environment.
