Key responsibilities for this position:Travel booking

Diary management

Meeting/ appointment scheduling

Event managementCRM and database management

Assisting in recruitment process and onboarding of new team members

Assist with maintenance and compliance/ office support







What background and experience are the company looking for?Ideally gained experience supporting a team within Finance/ FinTech: Investment, Private Equity, Venture Capital or Management ConsultancyPrior experience of working with senior executives, organising busy diaries, international travel schedules and managing email.Confident with all Microsoft packages
