The role :
Are you an ambitious Property Litigation Associate 1+ years PQE looking to join one of Bristol's top-tier disputes practices?

This team acts for an enviable client roster that comprises commercial property institutions, banks, investment companies and high-net-worth individuals.
Therefore, the range of work on offer will be varied and interesting, from early-stage advice and mitigation, through to the most technically complex litigation.
You can expect to be involved in commercial landlord and tenant matters, telecoms rights and issues, development disputes, secured lending recoveries, property-related insolvency advice, high-value residential disputes (including enfranchisement), property-related professional negligence claims (generally acting for claimants).
This is an opportunity for you to further enhance your technical ability and industry knowledge by working alongside experienced litigators who foster an inclusive working environment.
The ideal candidate :
- Property Litigation Solicitor 1+ years PQE
- Training and experience in a large national or highly ranked regional firm
- Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
