A brilliant opportunity for an experience insurance solicitor with experience in recoveries work, to join one of the highest ranked insurance teams in the South West with a strong reputation for this work globally.
You will be working with some of the UK's largest insurers, working on a varied caseload of recovery claims arising out of a wide range of insured and uninsured events, including :
- Damage to commercial and residential property by fire
- Damage to underground telecoms apparatus caused by third party contractors
- Financial losses arising from employee theft or fraud
- Damage to fine art
