We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate,
Client Processing II to join our EMEA Security Finance Investigations team.
This role is located in Manchester, UK - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways :
- Support the Business in carrying out reconciliation and investigations functions in relation to Securities Finance.
- They will be expected to drive their training and support management with creating of any necessary procedures.
- Investigate simple andplex exceptions, performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying causes. Liaise with Business and / or Processing teams tomunicate and implement process improvements.
- Analyse trends and present findings with rmendations to direct process improvements.
- Ensure proper review of aging items and adherence to aging standards for exceptions.
- Interact with clients and across business areas as required.
- Escalate issues and queries to management as appropriate.
- Organised and prompt with BAU and ad hoc requests.
- Assist in technical testing and implementation of software / process changes as needed.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following :
- Bachelors degree or the equivalentbination of education and experience is required.
- 3+ years of work experience in Securities Finance and Foreign Exchange preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel / Power BI preferred.
