The Role :
This is a great opportunity for a Corporate Tax Associate / Senior Associate with 2+ years PQE to join this silver circle Law Firm in London.
- You will be providing advice in relation to the structuring and execution of transactions, both in the UK market and internationally. As well as advising on;
- structured real estate transactions;
- M&A;, joint venture and other corporate transactions;
- funds : hedge and debt, real estate and other asset classes;
- international tax structures and cross-border transactions;
- structured (asset and Islamic)
finance and capital markets;
- insolvency and restructuring; and
- relevant VAT and indirect tax issues.
The Ideal Candidate :
- You will have 2+ years PQE in the Tax sector.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
- Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
