Role : Curriculum Leader - Art and Design
Job Type : Permanent
Pay rate : £41, per annum
Hours : Full time
Location : Newcastle College
Key responsibilities :
- As Curriculum Leader, you will lead and manage a team of lecturers and specialist technicians, oversee large resources and support staff, and manage a comprehensive suite of courses across multiple disciplines.
- You will ensure the continued excellence of our curriculum delivery across Further, Higher, and Adult Education.
- You will drive and maintain high standards of teaching and learning, foster a collaborative and innovative environment,
and monitor and enhance curriculum quality and effectiveness.
- You will engage with industry professionals and stakeholders to enrich the curriculum and support the professional development of staff members.
Skills & experience
- Experienced leader with strong leadership and management skills, a background in curriculum development and team management, and a passion for music and performing arts education.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
