Private Client Partner Aberdeen (Assignment 15652)
We are delighted to have been instructed on this senior Private Client role with our client, a well-established law firm headquartered in Aberdeen.
The firm is currently looking to recruit a Partner to lead the firms highly regarded Private Client team on a full-time basis.
The role is based in Aberdeen; however, the firm will also consider Edinburgh or Glasgow for the right person. The successful candidate can expect to be involved in all aspects of private client work such as wills & executries, trusts & estate administration, powers of attorney and inheritance tax.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 6 years PQE with a strong background in private client work.
Previous experience of working in a managerial role would be advantageous as well as exposure to handling sensitive and complex cases.
This position would be suited to someone with excellent leadership skills and who possess the ability to drive successful outcomes in legal matters.
Senior Solicitor / Associate (Corporate & Commercial) Aberdeen (Assignment 15689)

This firm is currently in search of a Senior Solicitor or an Associate to advise SMEs, multinationals, entrepreneurs in various sectors such as Healthcare, Video Games, Tech, and more.
Practice areas include M&A;, investment rounds, commercial contracts, IP & data privacy, along with employee ownership transitions and joint ventures.

Litigation / Commercial Disputes & Claims (Commercial Litigation)

This leading Scottish Law Firm is currently seeking an additional Lawyer to join its Commercial Litigation Team in Aberdeen.
The firm is one of the largest in the country and its dedicated team provides legal support to a diverse client base on litigation, arbitration commercial dispute resolution and ADR matters.
The successful candidate will join a supportive team and can expect to play a key role in the growth of the business. Core tasks will include :
- Advise clients on dispute resolution with a commercial approach.
- Work with corporate, professional, and high net worth clients.
- Handle complex issues with tight deadlines.
- Represent clients in courts and arbitrations.
- Supervise and support junior team members.

The ideal candidate for this position will have between 2-6 years’ PQE with previous experience in commercial litigation.

executry estates, wills, wealth planning, tax and asset protection.
