Be Successful In The Role:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or events is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

- Assist the Events Sales Manager in planning, organizing, and executing events.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Support the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Assist in post-event evaluations, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements.
- Participate in marketing activities to promote upcoming events.
