AssistantManager
The Swan is a large local pub and dining community pub in Walton-on-Thames. We are a busy pub and offer a gastro experience for our guests including food and cocktails.
Our large garden hold a lot of people and includes bookable huts and a garden bar. We also have a burger shack that is very busy through the summer.
The Swan is currently on a journey of self improvement with new menus, new offers, and and an new drive to be the outstanding quality pub offering in the area serving a fantastic choice of food, wine, beers and cocktails.
We need a people person who is highly organised and people focused, can led their team and ensure we "do it the right way", the Young's way.

What we look for inan Assistant Manager :
We are looking for a motivated &experienced; Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, foodfocused pub.
As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a genuinepassion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to teammanagement.
You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success ofour pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delightour customers.
You will also be someonewho is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as yougrow and succeed with us.
