Job Summary :
The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns, managing target audiences, designing engaging templates, proofreading emails, ensuring mobile-friendliness, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
We seek for experienced email marketing specialist with extensive copywriting experience!
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Manage the end-to-end process of email campaign execution, including content creation campaign setup, scheduling, testing.
- Create and optimize email templates for various campaigns and target segments, ensuring brand consistency and a positive user experience.
- Implement email marketing automation funnels, including welcome series, drip campaigns, and re-engagement campaigns, to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
- Produce unique, effective, and engaging long-form copy (advertorials) and short-form copy (emails, landing pages, product descriptions, etc.).
- Utilize industry-standard platforms like Klaviyo to design, build, and automate email flows.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Write copy that drives conversions, increases click-through rates,
or impacts other vital metrics
- Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing effortsAt least 3 years of experience in Email Marketing within Digital Marketing and Advertising services.
eCommerce experience is highly desired.
Job Requirements :
- 3+ years in copywriting, with a focus on conversion-driven content and a deep understanding of various copy writing styles and content categories : ad copy, newsletters copy, long format sales pages or advertorials.
- Experience with A / B testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with tracking systems (like GA4) and customer segmentation strategies.
- Can-do attitude and result-driven approach.
- Impeccable English. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Team player, and Good time-management skill.
