Job description
Installing technical troubleshooting andfixing desktops printers laptops and other computer peripheralshardware problems as well as desktopapplications.
Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WANsetups and concepts. Ability to perform smart hand activity underinstructionbased activities at sites and from RemoteTeam.
Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing upto 50Lbs.
Expert in desk side support and PCbreak / fix including basic administration of Windows O / S and MACOS.
Usage Knowledge of TCP / IP networking DNS DHCP VPN andRDP.
Smart hand support for peripheral and networkinghardware including but not limitedto :
monitors keyboards mice printers fax machines scannersrouters wireless routers switches firewalls racks cabinetsmulti port data termination panels all underSmart Handscapa bility.
Ability to troubleshoot issues withsystems and networks using good deductive reasoning skill andtroubleshooting & resolving issues related to endusernetwork cabling.
- Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems chipsets memory modules and peripherals.
- Knowledge of popularoperating systems software applications and remote connectionsystems : MS Windows MS office 365 Active Directory SCCM DHCP VPNand others.
Requirements
Excellent written and oralcommunications skills with clients and management as well as peopleskills.
Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks ontime. Takes proactive ownership and works with a sense ofurgency
