Our dedicated Paralegal Team are now on the lookout for a Litigation Paralegal to jointhem.
W hat will you be doing?
In the Real Estate team,
you'll be responsible for supporting real estate transactions; taking responsibility for searches, Stamp Duty Land Tax calculations, post completion activities and managing the documentation associated with various property transactions.
You'll demonstrate a sound commercial understanding and awareness, attend client meetings to promote our excellent client relationships and apply a commercial appreciation of billing and time recording.
So what are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you'll need as a minimum :
- Completed your law degree or other legal qualification and / or have previously worked as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or similar.
- Legal / non-legal work experience in real estate / property.
- Experience managing multiple workloads simultaneously.
