We're looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager to join one of our most exciting teams in our media department! You would become part of a multi-disciplinary client team, working across a EMEA Travel & Tourism client!

This would be a great fit for an established Paid Social Manager looking to take on a new challenge.

The Senior Paid Social Manager will devise and manage appropriate testing frameworks and make budget, channel and tactic recommendations to maximize performance.

You'll lead the review and assessment of campaign performance, with a strong understanding of the principles of digital media and the common measurement approaches.

What you'll be doing :







- Ensure accurate set up and management of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms / networks
- Lead ongoing optimisation and evolution of media activity, devising and managing appropriate testing frameworks and beta products in order to maximise performance.
- Ensure regular performance-based optimisation tasks (including adjusting budgets / bids, altering targeting and refreshing creative) take place on a regular basis.
- Look for innovative opportunities to deliver new solutions that demonstrate superior value to clients through close relationships with media and technology partners
- Lead updates at regular client review meetings and status calls
- Work closely with colleagues from all media specialisms to ensure budget is always managed most efficiently and data shared across all channels
- Ensure accurate monthly reconciliation and financing of clients and to ensure spend is delivered according to media plan and clients receive accurate and timely invoicing from media partners
- Mentor junior members of the team,





overseeing their work day to day and provide clear objectives and reviews

Qualifications

What we're looking for :

- Established experience as a Paid Social / Biddable Manager in an Agency setting
- Experience working on EMEA / Global clients
- Ability to independently activate, manage, and optimise campaigns, and oversee others to ensure quality of output
- Collaborative, team player with inquisitive attitude
- Possess hands-on experience of major social channels
