Our client is a leading international business advisory firm with established corporate clients. They are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their existing team and act as a lynchpin in keeping systems and projects in order. 4 days in office/1 day wfh
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:Taking responsibility for projects and administration of CRM system
Updating the administration of the cloud-based accounting system (Xero)Managing accounts payable, receivable and day to day reconciliation
Onboarding new clients
General office administration
Expenses management
The skills you need to bring:Previous experience in a fast paced administrative role
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Willingness to learn and develop skillset
Advanced MS Office, especially Excel + Xero and CRMA flexible attitude and team player
Curiosity, intuition, initiative and flair for organising
