Provide timely and detailed information about reservations, addressing client inquiries promptly. Problem Resolution : Proactively address any issues related to reservations, working to find quick and satisfactory solutions for clients.
Collaborate with relevant parties to resolve challenges and ensure a positive customer experience. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of reservations and client interactions.
