This is a fantastic opportunity for a circa 3-6PQE Corporate/Investment Lawyer from either a leading Private Practice or In-house Institution to join a brilliant Global Re-Insurer Legal team supporting their Global Investment activity from a legal perspective.
The day to day transactional work will spread across disposals, acquisitions, negotiations on bridging loans/mezzanine financing, restructuring, deal execution, secondary transfers etc in additional to broader In-House counsel responsibilities.
