Exciting Opportunity: French/German Speaking Respondent Engagement Manager – Hybrid (3 Days in Office) – £30k per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Outreach: Use their resources, LinkedIn, and other platforms to identify and engage potential respondents. Develop outreach strategies that maximize efficiency and response rates.
- Participant Recruitment: Take the lead in recruiting enthusiastic participants, creating a seamless sign-up experience, and building long-term relationships with our panelists.
- Innovative Engagement: Bring fresh ideas to expand and diversify their consumer panel, enhancing participant engagement and retention.
- Panel Management: Oversee their respondent panel, ensuring accurate information and effective project matching. Contribute to transitioning to a more robust management platform.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and data functions (COUNTIF/S, UNIQUE, INDEX/MATCH).
- Familiarity with mail merge in Outlook/Mailchimp.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and WordPress management.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging a diverse range of respondents, from executives to consumers.
- Methodical in managing communications and follow-ups, ensuring timely updates to respondents and databases.
- Multilingual abilities in French and German are a significant plus!
