Real Estate Disputes - Senior Associate - Up to £105,000 salary
The Role
This is a superb opportunity to elevate your career by joining an award-winning Legal 500 law firm. You will be given plenty of direct access to clients, many of whom are well known housebuilders, owners, investors and management companies.
The caseload is varied and will include asset management disputes, contentious portfolio disputes, high court disputes and international disputes.
This is a unique role for an ambitious Property Litigator to join a law firm that has an abundance of quality instructions along with a high degree of supervision and support. You’ll be encouraged to get involved in business development activities and developing client relationships.
The Candidate
- Property Litigation Associate/Senior Associate with at least 5 years post-qualification experience
- Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
