Job description
Senior Key AccountManager
CK Group are workingexclusively with a global pharmaceutical company to appoint a teamof Key Account Managers across the UK for an up-and-coming productlaunch within Ophthalmology.
There are three initial rolesavailable basedin :
- London
- Birmingham
- Manchester
Theseroles are offered on a 2 year contract, employed by the CK Groupand offer a competitive salary, excellent bonus, car allowance andbenefits.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Salesaccount management to promote to HCPs and healthcareaccounts.
- Develop account plans for EnglandIntegrated Care Boards (ICBs) and Integrated Care Systems(ICS').
- Promotional and strategic sales todrive depth of prescribing and formularyinclusion.
- Identify local market access andservices that need optimising.
- Deliveringresults against agreed KPIs and projectobjectives.
- Engage with and developNational / Regional KOLs.
- Execute multi-channelcustomer interactions to build long-term customer relationships byapplying patient-focusedinteractions.
Requirements :
- ABPIqualified.
- Previous experience inpharmaceutical sales.
- Strong commercialacumen.
- Ideally experience in Ophthalmology(although not essential).
- Excellentunderstanding of the NHS, ICBs and ICS .
- Stronginfluencing, selling and negotiationskills.
- Excellent multi-channel skillsexperience.
