The Role
Real Estate Litigation - Senior Associate - Up to £105,000 salary
This full-service Legal 500 commercial firm specializing public sector and healthcare. They service a wide variety of clients, from blue chip to government departments and national healthcare establishments.
Their strong Real Estate Team operates on a national basis, covering every aspect of commercial real estate to include planning and environmental, development, investment, asset management, funding, construction, landlord and tenant and dispute resolution.
Clients include shopping center landlords, property management and development companies, telecommunications operators and infrastructure companies, health trusts and government bodies (local and central),
owner occupiers and institutions, both in the UK and abroad.
The Candidate
- A Property Litigator with at least 6 years post qualification experience is essential
- A solid grounding in commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- A strong background in commercial and civil litigation
- Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team, delivering an excellent service to clients
