Job Opportunity: 2+ PQE Employment Solicitor - Birmingham - Legal 100 Law Firm
Salary: £57,000 - £65,000
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working)
My client is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a expanding healthcare employment practice. You’ll be working with a talented team of senior and junior lawyers, advising on a variety of employment matters, with a particular focus on Employment Tribunal litigation.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Employment Tribunal cases,
including documentation and advocacy at hearings.
- Provide comprehensive advice on employment matters, from contracts and policies to redundancy programs.
- Contribute to the department’s marketing and training initiatives, enhancing service delivery and client relationships.
What We're Looking For
- A solicitor with experience in both contentious and non-contentious work.
- Someone who is commercially aware, with excellent time management and the ability to deliver practical advice.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
Benefits
- Pension: 4% employee contribution and 5% employer contribution

- Holidays: 25 days, plus bank holidays and an extra day for firm closure at Christmas. Option to buy, sell, or carry forward up to five days.
