Join the EVolution:
You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of our London office, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming office environment. You will coordinate office setup, facilitate clear communication, maintain supplies, manage vendors, and own office admin. Working closely with our Executive Assistant Team.

You will play a key role as part of the People & Culture team, reporting into the People Experience Manager to support a positive workplace culture.

You'll also be responsible for:






• Overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment
• Post and delivery management
• Collaboration with maintenance contractors to maintain a safe and functional office space
• Maintaining relationships with the landlord, building management, and internal stakeholders not limited to IT Manager, and Executive Assistants
• Effectively manage relationships with external vendors to uphold high standards of office security, cleanliness, and maintenance, ensuring timely resolutions
• Manage entry processes for visitors, new joiners and existing Pod Pointers, issuing cards/passes and welcoming people to the office
• Ensure office processes and information is clear and communicated effectively, with the support of our PX team






• Support and partner with H&S; Team to ensure issues are reported and resolved as well as facilitating health and safety checks and associated admin
• Keep the office stocked, organised, and well-maintained across multiple kitchens, meeting rooms, and communal areas
• Support with events on-site (e.g. monthly all-hands meetings, board meetings etc.), Includes duties such as organising catering and refreshments, ensuring spaces and rooms are set up prior to event and ensuring the smooth running of events/meetings

- A true self-starter with a proven ability to operate in a fast paced and demanding environment, with a solution orientated mindset

- A calm, approachable and professional demeanour, even when faced with difficult tasks/situations, with the ability to self-manage
