A fast-growing digital marketing agency, recognised as one of the top independent agencies in the UK, is hiring for a Head of Paid Social. The company works closely with Meta and is known for its creativity and successful campaigns. It has grown from 40 to over 100 people in the last year and combines a startup feel with the reach of a bigger business.
In this senior role, the Head of Paid Social will lead a talented team and create paid social strategies for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Twitter. The role offers flexibility with the option to work 4 or 5 days a week, and no strict office days are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the paid social team
- Develop strategies that deliver great results
- Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Drive innovation with a plan for future growth
- Support team development and retention
Ideal Candidate:
- 8+ years of experience in paid social or digital marketing
- Proven leadership skills and success in running campaigns
- Strong business skills and commercial awareness
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Twitter
