The firm’s corporate practice is known for acting on behalf of both multinational blue-chip companies and high-growth startups across diverse sectors such as technology, energy and utilities, entertainment, and consumer markets.
This role is ideally suited for a solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE and solid corporate M&A; experience. You will work on complex and high-value deals,
collaborating closely with partners and senior associates to deliver strategic advice and innovative solutions for the firm’s global client base. While you will have the opportunity to support on a broad range of corporate transactions, the primary focus of this role will be on private M&A; work.
This opportunity is also open to solicitors qualified in Australia and New Zealand with the requirement of having at least 5 years PQE.
