An elite US law firm is seeking to add to its associate bench within the private investment funds team.
The opportunity here is to gain experience in one of the top private funds teams in London while taking advantage of significant potential uplift, and within a culture that has long been renowned as the best of the major US teams.
About the Role
It is a broad practice with fund formation and mega fundraises for major GP-led institutional clients, covering buyout, infrastructure, energy, credit, real estate, secondaries and venture funds, as well as funds of funds.
The firm is globally integrated, with strong inbound workflow from the US but the larger portion originated in London, supported by a presence in Europe and Asia.
The practice is led by one of the most highly regarded funds partners in London, supported by a first-class senior bench.
About You
You will likely have gained experience in the funds team of a a peer US, silver, magic or city firm, with the PQE sweet spot being around 2-4 years (although top performers either side will be considered). Very strong Irish qualified lawyers with fund formation experience may also be considered.
The firm wants to see people who are highly commercial, affable, bright and driven.
