You will join an elite US law firm that’s looking to expand its restructuring team in London. This is an opportunity for ambitious lawyers to work on complex, cross-border financial restructurings and special situations debt transactions.
As an associate in the team, you will be involved in advising on high-value, cross-border restructurings, stressed liability management transactions, and special situations debt transactions.
You will work closely with a respected partner and a recently hired Of Counsel, both of whom have extensive experience in advising global clients such as direct lending funds, CLOs, capital solution funds and larger asset managers and corporates.
Requirements
- UK-qualified lawyer with NQ – 4 PQE,
with experience in cross-border financial restructuring.
- Commercially aware, with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
