Our client, a well-respected legal-500 recognised law firm, are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their highly regarded Property Securitisation team. The firm have offices across the country, and this position will be based in their London office.
The firm has earned a strong reputation over the years and have recently expanded their offering by bringing in additional fee earners. As such, they now require a Paralegal to support the Solicitors in the team. The team and wider firm pride themselves on having a friendly, yet professional culture.
What does the opportunity consist of?
As part of the firm’s growth,
they are able to offer an opportunity for a Paralegal to join them and support the team. The successful candidate will work alongside the fee earners in the Property Securitisation team, providing junior fee earning support on all aspects of the transactions. This role would suit someone who has Residential or Commercial Conveyancing experience and is looking for the next step in their career in a niche area of law.
The salary on offer is £27,000 per annum + Bonus. The firm also offer a pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, life assurance, private medical cover, Paralegal bonus scheme and hybrid working.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Residential or Commercial Conveyancing department, undertaking some fee earning duties
Experience working in Property law is a strong essential
You should have a good client manner and professional tone
Willingness to learn and motivated to provide excellent communication skills
Organised with good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
