The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 1-3 years PQE to join our prestigious London office. In this role, you will work closely with senior partners, tackling a wide range of contentious matters including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, insolvency, and cross-border litigation. You will be involved in every stage of the litigation process, from pre-action through to trial, often handling high-stakes cases with significant exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advising clients on complex commercial disputes and legal strategy
• Managing cases through to trial, including preparing pleadings, witness statements, and expert reports
• Conducting legal research and analysis on intricate commercial issues
• Handling client relationships and delivering high-quality legal advice
• Assisting in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes
Essential Requirements:
• 1-3 years PQE in commercial litigation, ideally with experience at a top-tier or boutique firm
• Strong academic background with excellent drafting and analytical skills
• A proactive and driven lawyer with the ability to manage cases independently
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
• Ability to work well under pressure and within a fast-paced environment
