We are partnered with a Financial Services Boutique Consultancy who are adding to their delivery team working on a finance transformation programme of work. The Finance Transformation Project Manager will work on integration projects for a fintech client.
Role:
- To design, document and deliver solutions to automate & integrate acquisitions, and new business streams into client's infrastructure
- Understand impacts on Product Control, Legal Entity Control, Brokerage, Tax, Reg Finance, and Treasury
- Analysis and documentation of the any control weaknesses within current (acquisition) mode
Must have:
- Experience managing finance transformation projects within banking/asset management industries
- Experience overseeing automation and integration of new acquisitions and business streams into existing organisations infrastructure
- Strong process improvement experience
