BioTalent are seeking an Account Manager for one of our global agency partners. You will be working on medical communications and L&D; deliverables, servicing mid-to-large pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week to work in office in London, UK.
THE ROLE
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and coordinate with an internal multi-functional team.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables, including e-learning, mobile learning, workshops, and more.
- Oversee project revenue recognition, forecasting, and invoicing.
- Assist in developing proposals and pitches, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Confirm that solutions meet clients’ needs.
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Create Statements of Work.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of account or project management experience in a digital/medical communications/healthcare agency setting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience in the life sciences sector..
- Proven ability to manage complex projects within budget and scope while handling client expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High motivation, resilience under pressure, and adaptability.
- Experience with project financials, including budgeting and invoicing.
- Familiarity with creating blended learning solutions and understanding multimedia and delivery platforms.
- Knowledge of user interface design principles.
- Ability to work in the Central London office and willingness to travel for client meetings.
