Summary:

Our client is an award-winning international media agency helping brands maximize visibility and reach through innovative and strategic media campaigns, based on audience insights and consumer psychology. The Account Director will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive media strategies that align with the client's objectives and drive business results.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an ambitious, proactive, and experienced Account Director to join our client's dynamic team. In this role,





you will be responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day media planning for 3 key UK brands, working alongside activation teams, and overseeing campaign execution end to end for your clients. You will collaborate closely with your clients, internal teams, and media partners to develop innovative media strategies, deliver exceptional service, and drive campaign success.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and key messages. Utilise market research, audience and behavioural insights, and industry trends to develop comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives.

- Account management: Serve as the daily point of contact for your clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and address any concerns or issues.

- Campaign monitoring and analysis: Monitor media campaigns regularly, analyse performance metrics, and provide clients with detailed reports on campaign effectiveness.

- Stay updated on industry trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies,





and best practices in media planning and advertising. Share knowledge and insights with internal teams and clients to drive innovation and effectiveness.

- Budget management: budget allocation and tracking for media campaigns, ensuring adherence to client budgets and overall profitability for the agency.

- Client presentations and communication: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing media strategies, campaign results, and recommendations for future initiatives.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in media planning, Client leadership/account management, or related roles within a media/advertising agency or media owner.

- Thorough understanding of all media channels, including digital, traditional, and emerging platforms.






- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex media strategies and concepts to clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Likely, you are currently working as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director in a media agency.
