ABOUT THE ROLE:

Here at The HR Consultants we’re looking for a Marketing Manager with 3+ years of high level marketing experience, with the ability to develop, deliver and manage a strategic marketing plan for the B2B market,





driving our next level of growth.

We have new services launching and lots of opportunities in the market, so our Marketing Manager will take responsibility for raising our profile and really scaling the volume of enquiries into our New Business team.

The HR Consultants is a boutique consultancy, providing outsourced HR support to businesses across the UK. In short, we help organisations to create a place that their people love to work, through a full range of outsourced HR solutions.

Our services cover the full employment lifecycle including recruitment, HR advice, HR administration, training, people strategy and everything in between.

ABOUT YOU:

✅ The Perfect Candidate Will Tick The Boxes Below: ✅

- Have high energy, a positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment






- Have at least 3 years’ experience in a marketing role were you’re responsible for developing the marketing strategy and driving it’s delivery
- Love data and will be able to demonstrate a data driven approach to increasing revenue in your previous role(s)
- Have solid knowledge of online marketing including SEO, email, social media and paid ads
- Enjoy managing agency relationships and getting results
- Be happy to roll your sleeves up and get creative with content (whether that be written content, video content or other creative ‘stuff.’
- Be driven to achieve goals and really make a difference in an organisation’s success You'll be reliable, hard-working and all the usual stuff too!
- PLUS: you definitely WON'T be a mood-hoover – you’ll have positive energy that radiates from you!
