Marketing and Events Assistant

Events and Marketing Assistant role at a highly reputable global organisation. The role will sit as part of the wider BD team and will have a focus on supporting the events and marketing in London. The role will sit as part of a team of 3 with the senior events executive and events assistant.

Key duties of the role will include:

- Working closely with the team to support client facing and online events
- Occasionally supporting the global offices with their events
- Compile invitation lists, manage RSVPS and set up registrations of events on the day
- Support the marketing function with marketing events and projects
- Attend food and drinks tastings with the events team







The team are really looking for someone who has atleast one year of experience in legal or professional services ideally in a BD Team. They really want someone who can use their own initative and be proactive. You must be a team player who has excellent communication skills.
