I'm excited to partner with a new client, who is looking for a driven EA/Office Manager who craves working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. They are a boutique, alternative fund finance lender in the heart of Mayfair. Super location!

They believe in trust and giving their employees the space to work autonomously and make key decisions.

This role reports to the Managing Partner and involves executive support, office management, HR administration and event coordination.





A successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and expand their role within the firm's marketing functions.

In a close-knit collaborative office, your hard work won't go unnoticed, you will truly be at the core of the business.

- Competitive salary
- Annual discretionary bonus. As the roles expands so will the opportunity to benefit from a wider bonus range
- 1 day WFH but I really need candidates who are flexible and willing to come into the office should the need arise

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

Oversee Partners' diaries, coordinate meetings and video conferences, prepare meeting rooms, and handle international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, agendas)

Office Management:

Manage office supplies, equipment, maintenance, and correspondence. Liaise with contractors, ensure safety protocols, and handle relations with the building management and suppliers.

Team and Event Support:

Organise internal and client events, ensuring branding alignment in presentations and materials. Update the company’s LinkedIn profile with relevant content.







Expense and HR Administration:

Track expenses, reconcile receipts, assist with benefits renewals, and coordinate employee onboarding.

I'm looking for candidates with strong MS Office skills. You will get involved with cost management therefore experience with negotiating to secure best value in travel, accommodation, events, and office services is essential.

The ideal candidate will be able to foster a welcoming and energetic environment, building strong relationships with the team. A proactive, can do,





solution focused attitude with strong attention to detail is key for the team.
