The Department
The litigation team is well known for providing commercial litigation services to privately owned companies and high-net-worth individuals on complex commercial problems requiring effective and efficient solutions.
The Role
This top-tier,
highly rated law firm in central London is seeking a 2-4 PQE Commercial Litigation Associate.
As a result of continued growth, the team is looking for a bright, motivated, and enthusiastic associate to join their London office and be part of a friendly, busy, and highly successful team.
The successful candidate will encounter a wide variety of commercial litigation.
The department works on:
- Contractual disputes
- Business disputes
- Joint venture and partnership disputes
- Misrepresentation claims
- Professional negligence
- Debt recovery
- Enforcement
- Insolvency
- Cross border disputes
- Fraud & Asset tracing
Sectors they specialise in include arts and luxury assets, agrochemicals, family businesses, hotels, technology,
and more! They often advise on cross-border disputes and work with international families on their commercial interests in the UK.
Experience and attributes required:
- 2-4 PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor qualified in England & Wales
- Experience must have been gained in a reputable City, West End or regional firm.
- A good team player;
- Ability to manage multiple files while maintaining exceptional attention to detail;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both team members and clients;
- Excellent academics;
