We are recruiting for a Graduate SEND Learning Support Assistant for an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ SEND Specialist School the Morpeth area, to work on a full-time, long-term basis, starting as soon as possible!

Your role & responsibilities:







● Supporting students with additional needs and disabilities on a 1:1 and small group basis to ensure they are succeeding both academically and pastorally, responding to their individual needs

● Working alongside class teachers and other school staff, providing essential additional support

● Promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all students, improving the whole school learning journey

Non-negotiables:

● Recent university degree of 2:2 classification or above

● Good Numeracy and Literacy skills

● Clear desire to work with children and young people

● Previous experience working with children and young people would be beneficial, but not essential

● Willingness to undertake relevant CPD training as required by Milk Education and your placement school
