We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team and play a key role in delivering the exceptional guest experience we are known for.
Key Responsibilities for the Head Waiter/Waitress:
* Gain a deep understanding of our menus and offerings
* Provide outstanding customer service at all times






* Be attentive and readily available to assist guests throughout the service
* Accurately post food & beverage orders, focusing on dietary needs
* Deliver food to tables, announcing and explaining dishes with enthusiasm
* Be genuinely engaged with what the restaurant has to offer and interact with guests
What We Offer:
* £35,000 per year + service charge
* Guaranteed same two days off each week (closed Sundays & Mondays)
* Summer closure: Two weeks off every August
* January closure: First week of January off
* Daily staff meals are provided while on shift
* Work in an award-winning environment with a strong focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction
Requirements for the Head Waiter/Waitress:
* Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress in an upscale restaurant or hotel (this is not an entry-level position)
* Strong knowledge of food hygiene and personal hygiene standards
* Good understanding of food, wine, spirits, cocktails, coffee, and tea
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills






* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
* Must prove the Right to Work in the UK (full-time)
