This is a fantastic opportunity for an Infrastructure Engineer working onsite for a legal firm within Central London (St Pauls)
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the server, network, and end-user environments. Within the role, you will work with various levels of key stakeholders, ensuring high service availability and the delivery of internal IT projects.
You will be working on behalf of an IT Services business as part of an ongoing contract to deliver managed services to this organisation.
Responsibilities within the position will include;
Ensure high-performance levels,
availability and security throughout the IT infrastructure.
Monitor, diagnose and resolve problems with key IT systems to a 3rd line level.
Act as the onsite lead with various ongoing key projects and upgrades.
Ensure all incidents are dealt with in a timely manner, in accordance with KPIs & SLAs
Management and provision of virtual Servers and on-site networks
Providing user support for operating systems and desktop technologies
Responsible for end-to-end IT Support, managing incidents through to completion
Create, as required, thorough and detailed reports and documentation of all incidents and procedures.
Provide an excellent level of customer service to internal and external customers.

Previous hands-on implementation and high-level support of solutions and projects across the majority of;
- Windows Operating Systems
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Azure
- Citrix
- M365 including Intune, Entra and Exchange Online
- Backup and Disaster Recovery
- Switching,
routing, TCP/IP and VLANs
- Firewalls
- Anti-Virus Technologies
Package details:
Monday Friday, day work, onsite in Central London (St Pauls) 1 day PW from home
Up to £55,000 per annum plus attendance bonus
Potential for weekend overtime (project work)
