- Seeking someone who is studying towards a professional accountancy qualification
- Experience of working in the Insurance industry is essential
- Responsible for posting all cash and investment transactions to the ledger and preparing reconciliations to third party statements
- Responsible for monitoring bank account balances
- Responsible for posting daily settlements
- Responsible for posting technical transactions from the underwriting system / data warehouse
- Preparation of key balance sheet reconciliations for review and sign off by senior syndicate accountant
- Assisting with month end and year end account preparation
- Assist the senior syndicate accountant in the preparation and delivery of financial analysis and performance
