We are looking for friendly, responsible and organised Retail Associates to join our locations in Spitalfields, Brixton, London Bridge and Camden. Both full and part time positions are available throughout the week.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous retail experience,





preferably in jewellery or fashion
- A passion for customer service and building relationships
- Excellent communication skills and confidence
- Ability to work independently in-store while collaborating with the head office team
- Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a proactive mindset
- Savvy with Instagram, TikTok, and creating visuals on Canva

What the Position Entails:

- Driving sales through upselling, cross-selling, meeting targets, and providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting with promoting Lalune by creating social media content, including styled posts, behind-the-scenes updates, and other creative content
- Designing seasonal store assets using Canva
- Building and maintaining repeat client relationships, including follow-ups on custom requests
- Setting up and maintaining in-store displays
- Printing and setting up marketing assets and promotional materials
- Conducting regular stock counts and managing inventory levels
- Keeping the store clean, organised, and visually appealing by replenishing stock, arranging displays,





and adhering to brand guidelines
- Collaborating with the head office team for updates and feedback
- Shifts available 7 days a week across all locations- London Bridge, Spitalfields, Brixton, and Camden
