Specialising in the Investment Banking and Hedge Fund space this market is only set to increase as the economy recovers - stimulating investment activities, mergers and acquisitions (M&A;) and capital raising.
We are on the hunt for individuals who really want to create a name for themselves within the industry, learning all the tricks of the trade and becoming experts within their particular field.
Our managing directors started out in this company 5-6 years ago, we will reward longevity!
The Benefits - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £28k base salary with On Target Earnings in year 1 being £55k+ (the highest performing trainee took home £67k last year!)
- An excellent training programme which involves both internal and external training following a 12 week programme to get you up to speed with the market.
- 12pm finish on Fridays if you hit target and if you hit all within a month you get taken out for spa trips, cooking classes, and cocktail making classes etc.

The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract suitable candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, assess candidates skills and suitability, and organise interviews between clients and candidates.
- Job Advertisements: Write and post compelling job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications,
creating a shortlist of the best candidates for client positions.
- Advisory Role: Advise both clients and candidates on salary expectations, market conditions, and interview techniques.
- Contract Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates on job offers, including salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and labour market conditions to provide clients with relevant insights and strategies for attracting top talent.
The Ideal Candidate - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Exceptional Work Ethic:Demonstrated by previous work experience, studies or hobbies.
- Articulate:Strong communicator both written and verbal.
- Drive to succeed: Very goal orientated and eager to do well.
- High achiever: Demonstrated in education, sports etc.
