Job Title: Social Media and Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Birchwood, Warrington (on-site)Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annumRole: Permanent - Full-TimeWe Are McCarthy. - Work with our Operations Manager to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and curate content across all social media channels including Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and others.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, graphics, and videos tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and senior leadership team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals and campaigns.
- Track and report on social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.






- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging platforms to keep the company at the forefront of social media trends.

Skills, Qualifications and Key Attributes

- A quick thinker with the ability to work on both reactive and proactive strategies
- A trailblazer who can lead the charge
- Proven experience working in an internal Social Media or Marketing role
- A strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong creative and organizational abilities, with an eye for design and detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising strategies is a plus.
