The role involves implementing effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, as well as assisting in the organisation and preparation of learning materials for a dynamic educational setting. Maintaining transparent communication with teachers, parents,





and stakeholders is integral to supporting the overall development of students.

To qualify, candidates must:

Possess relevant qualifications as a Teaching Assistant

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a school setting

Adaptability to different classroom settings, effective collaboration with teaching staff and support professionals

A current Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checkare essential requirements.
