Location: Egham, Surrey Please Note: This job is office based, so only apply if you can commute daily.

Position: Experienced Accountant

Salary: £40,000-50,000 (depending on experience)

What You will Do:

- Manage a portfolio of varied clients, providing excellent accounting, tax, and advisory services, building strong relationships.
- Prepare and review financial statements, VAT returns, and management accounts to ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for client decision-making.
- Support clients with business growth and tax planning strategies.
- Supervise, review and train junior staff, helping them fulfil their career potential.
- Assist with HMRC compliance and liaise with clients and regulatory bodies.
- Drive process improvements to enhance client services and practice efficiency.

What We are Looking For:

- Experience: 3+ years in a small practice environment, with solid knowledge of UK tax regulations and accounting standards.






- Qualifications: ACCA/ACA/AAT qualified (or equivalent, including qualification by experience).
- Software Proficiency: Experienced with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent etc).
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a knack for building client relationships.
- Attitude: A proactive, can-do mindset with a passion for helping clients grow.
