We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Finance Assistant for a centrally based Oxford University Department. The position is set to commence as soon as possible and will be full-time or part-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day transactional tasks, including processing purchases and requisitions.
- Review and process expense claims.
- Support the team with additional duties as required.
Selection Criteria:
- Experience with Oxford University’s Financial Systems (Oracle R12) is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Please be aware that all candidates need to be able to start work immediately and must be able to work on site if required to do so.
