Information Assistant - Part Time
Role: Information Assistant
Department: Library Service
Grade: 3 - £24,050 per annum
Responsible to: Senior Information Assistant
Campus: Belfast
Fixed-term until 28 February 2025- part-time -14 hours per week
To support the Library Service by delivering high quality customer focused services to customers both face-to-face, by phone, online and through supporting library functions in a range of business areas.
To perform clerical duties and multi-task as appropriate between library functions in response to demand and current priorities as part of the wider library team.
We may create a 12-month waiting list for same or similar roles within the Department / Faculty. The University reserves the right to extend the waiting list across the University if required for certain posts.
