Role Description

The Project Manager role within Initiative Health requires an experienced, proactive and diplomatic professional, who is naturally curious and not afraid to question and constructively challenge both clients and internal team members.

A role has opened up as part of our global centre of excellence (COE), servicing one of our biggest global healthcare clients. The role involves working with global, regional and local teams, both internal and client stakeholders. Managing workflows, trackers and market communications, while also supporting account teams on campaign delivery and leading your own projects where appropriate. The role is perfect for an indvidual who enjoys the organisation and operational approach to project management, and also enjoys liaising with clients and being part of a wider team supporting.

Key Responsibilities







- Lead project management of on-boarding internal stakeholders onto global operating models, including regular internal and client communication on status of on-boarding
- Working with the global CAM leads on tracking market performance, ensuring trackers are up to date and accurate
- Support in identifying gaps and inconsistencies across markets
- Support all global initiatives and lead workstreams, both from a client facing and internal perspective
- Manage stakeholders across internal markets, and client markets
- Creation and on-going management of complex timelines, consisting of cross-agency and cross-workstream tasks
- Communicate updates clearly and regularly to key client stakeholders. Keeping clients in-check with their deadlines






- Ensuring tasks, progress, and changes to timelines are communicated with exceptional clarity, both internally and with the client
- Ensuring any impact on client delays are clear, both internally and externally
- Lead weekly status reports
- Produce effective and robust agendas for internal and client facing calls, ensuring R&R; within the call are set prior
- Manage R&R; and RACI creation and clarification across the teams, and with clients
- Owner of workflows and timeline management - keeping everyone on track
- Support CAM with escalation management and identifying solutions
- Manage financial tracking, including invoice trackers, team hour pulls
- Streamline communications, ensuring the right people are part of the right information workstreams






- Create relevant templates to explain project progress or process
- Ability to visualise E2E process for delivery

Desired Skills & Experience

- Confident in speaking up and being heard
- Confident presenter and able to pull together slides to present progress of workstreams
- Exceptional QC abilities
- Ability to work under high pressure, keep your cool and keep the team motivated
- Comfortable to manage a variation of workstreams from media, design, content creation, strategy etc
- Healthcare knowledge preferred, but not essential
- Understanding of ASANA, Smartsheets and other project management tools preferred, but not essential
- Effective abilities in using excel to build out timelines and trackers
- Exceptional abilities in PPT






- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise both your own workload, and the wider teams - with utter calm under high pressure deadlines
