Management Accountant (FMCG/Belfast) VANRATH are delighted to be working exclusively with an innovative market leader in their field based in Belfast to recruit a hands on Management Accountant to join the growing finance team. This is a newly created role that has come about as the company is going through a sustained period of growth and will offer the right candidate fast track progression to Finance Manager. Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with strong commercial experience. Experience of working with financial systems (SAGE/XERO)
coupled with strong Excel skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. What you'll do Preparation of management accounts for monthly reporting and presenting financial reports to senior management team.
Preparation and management of budgets. Assist in developing, implementing and improving business strategies. Balance sheet reconciliations.
Regular bank reconciliations. Administration of accounts receivable ledger and credit control management. Management of accounts payable ledger and organising payment runs.
Maintaining fixed asset register. Reconciliation and management of stock, to include assisting in the co-ordination of processes by the operations team to ensure accurate inventory control, tracking and maintaining transactions for movements on the stock system. Preparation of ad hoc analytical reports required to assist business operations team
